Registration system Guidelines

Please read carefully the following guidelines before completing the form

Step 1: Personal data

On the initial page, you will be required to accept a “Personal data protection code”. Once accepted you will enter in a new page that allows to specify participant’s data: please keep in mind that data provided at this time will appear as our invoice header and be printed on your identification badge.

Upon completion of this step, you will receive an e-mail (from with subject: “Registration Data accepted”) containing a link for subsequent access to the registration system, if needed.

Step 2: Selection of registration items

Conference Registration

If you want to register to the RE’11 conference, select to proceed (by clicking the hyperlink “here”). You will be directed to the “CONFERENCE” items page (in alternative you can click on the “CONFERENCE” label). A description is available upon selection of each item. Select ADD to view your up-to-date SHOPPING CART.

Please, note that, for authors, the field 'paper id' in the registration form is mandatory.

NOTE: we offer 70 € discount for participants who will register to the conference and to 1 workshop as “regular” (member/non-member). Select the item labeled as “main conference + ”. This offer is for early registration.

Workshop Registration

If you want to register to RE’11 workshop, select the “WORKSHOP” label/page and click on the title of the workshop you want to attend. A description of the selected item will appear: select ADD to view your up-to-date SHOPPING CART. You can select more than 1 workshop.

Tutorial Registration

As soon as the RE’11 tutorials will be decided we will make it available for your selection.

Optional Items

Here you can select: extra proceeding books; tickets of social events for accompanying persons.

Note: the Conference Banquet will be held on Thursday September 1st, 2011 at Castel Ivano. The dinner is included in the conference fee for the Conference. Dietary requirements specified in your “Personal data” page will be taken into account.

Note: in case you need to add an optional item at a later time (because you have to charge it on a different credit card/bank transfer) you should reconnect to the system using the first e-mail we sent you and proceed with the purchase.

Step 3: Payment

Once your SHOPPING CART is complete, click on “Proceed to payment” and follow the system instructions for payment by either bank transfer or credit card. Please notice that when the Bank Transfer option is chosen the confirmation for conference registration will be pending till the completion of the money transfer to the bank.

Upon completion of this step, you will receive an e-mail from with subject:

  • “RE 2011 registration: Awaiting receipt of payment” In the case you chose to pay via bank transfer.
  • “RE 2011 registration: Final confirmation” In the case you chose to pay by credit card.
