Refund Policy for Cancellation of Registration

Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless request for cancellation is made in writing to the RE’11 conference Organizers (

The following refund policy will be adopted:

  • Tutorials or workshops might be cancelled depending on the number of applicants. In case of cancellation, a full refund of the tutorial/workshop fee will be made;
  • Cancellations received on or before 15th July 2011 will incur € 50,00.- administration fee;
  • Cancellations received after 15th July 2011 and before 10th August 2011 will incur a 50 % of the registration fee;
  • Cancellations on or after 10th August 2011 will not be eligible for any refund.
  • Registrations could be transferred in full to others by changing the booking name. Any cancellations within such a booking will incur the above cancellation fees.
  • The above cancellation fees apply also to Partner bookings for the Conference reception, Conference Banquette and other activities associated with the Conference.

Refund Processing

All refunds will be made after the Congress by BANK TRANSFER only. Bank handling charge will be deducted from the sum refunded.
